This book is an attempt to assess the effectiveness of ICT's in general and EduSat capabilities in particular for improving the professional development of teachers teaching at elementary school level. The study entitled "Information and Communication Technology: Professional Development of Elementary School Teachers" aims at improving the strategies of implementation of technology- mediated learning to meet the real need of the target group in improving the quality of elementary education.
