This is a fascinating book which records the rich experience of the author around the world and especially the tiny Pacific Islands. Daibagya studied law in Delhi University and later in Yale University in the USA. He was the United Nations International Law Fellow in Geneva and New York. He was part of the UNCTD Advisory Missions to China, Laos and Thailand. This book is very much readable as the author writes from the depth of his heart without political frills. The range of countries he visited is formidable from the most populous country in the world, China, to the Pacific island country with only a few thousand people, Cook Islands
